Special Immigration Measures for Iranian Nationals: What You Need to Know

In light of the ongoing situation in Iran, the Canadian government has introduced special temporary immigration measures to support Iranian nationals. As an immigration law firm, we want to ensure you are fully informed about these measures and how they can benefit you or your loved ones.

Iranian nationals in Canada wanting to extend their stay as a visitor or study permit holder must now apply through the regular process:

Applications submitted on or after March 1, 2025, are subject to standard application fees. For applications made on or before February 28, 2025, fees will continue to be waived.

If you have an Iranian passport and are living in Canada, please contact us for further assistance.
