Bio
Spencer Green is an Associate Lawyer at Green and Spiegel LLP in Toronto. Spencer assists clients with all aspects of immigration law in Canada, specializing in the Start-up Visa Program.
Spencer graduated from the Dual JD Program at the University of Windsor and University of Detroit Mercy, obtaining both his Canadian and American JDs. Spencer is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. He was called to the Ontario Bar after completing his articles at a large Canadian full service firm focusing on corporate law. After completing his articles, he was an Associate Lawyer in Canada’s largest startup law group at one of Canada’s largest full service firm, where he focused on general corporate matters and raising capital for emerging high growth companies.
Prior to law school, Spencer worked in commercial lending at one of Canada’s largest banks after obtaining his HBA at the Ivey School of Business. Spencer’s corporate and finance background gives him a unique perspective to serve the needs of businesses moving to Canada.
