Josh Rolf is a Senior Associate Attorney working out of the Firm’s Philadelphia office while based in New York City. Josh has practiced immigration law for more than a decade, and over that time has developed expertise in a wide breadth of family-based and employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant classifications, securing favorable outcomes for clients with USCIS, U.S. Consulates, Immigration Courts, and DHS and DOL investigations. In so doing, Josh regularly counsels individuals, families, start-ups, small employers, nonprofits, and multinational organizations seeking assistance with navigating the complicated web that is the U.S. immigration system. He also works with corporate clients to create immigration policies for their foreign national workers, as well document retention and compliance programs that touch on foreign national and U.S. workers alike.

As a Spanish Language and Literature Minor and having spent more than 2 years living in Argentina, Spain, and Costa Rica, Josh is a fluent Spanish speaker who advises clients and delivers immigration-related presentations in both English and Spanish. Even more, Josh’s extensive international experience and network allows him to bring a truly global perspective to his practice.

With this perspective, Josh has been interviewed by various leading media outlets on immigration issues, notably including his perspective on potential immigration changes in The Atlantic. As a leader in the immigration law community, Josh has previously served as the Co-Chair of the American Immigration Lawyers  Association Philadelphia Chapter’s Law Student Committee, and frequently offers insights through the American Bar Association and the Firm’s blog.
