Bio
Valerie Kleinman is a Senior Associate at Green and Spiegel LLP in Toronto who specializes in Citizenship and Immigration law. Valerie has significant experience working on Canadian citizenship and immigration law matters in applications including: study permits, visitor visas, LMIA-based work permits, LMIA-exempt work permits, family class applications, Federal Skilled Worker and Canadian Experience Class applications through the Express Entry System, and Provincial Nominee Program applications. She works with clients on proof of citizenship and citizenship grant applications.
Valerie can assist clients in French and has experience working on both temporary and permanent Quebec-based applications. She also has assisted companies who face compliance inspections by Service Canada and Immigration, Citizenship and Refugees Canada. Valerie is currently a Member-At-Large of the Citizenship and Immigration Law Section Executive of the Ontario Bar Association and previously held this position during 2019-2020 and 2020-2021.
