Shanna Stanton is a Senior Associate in the Firm’s Philadelphia Office. Shanna focuses her practice on corporate immigration law, where she leverages her immense experience in Department of Labor filings and compliance. Shanna regularly advises companies of all sizes on creative strategies for obtaining labor certifications and petition approvals. Additionally, she has considerable experience in family-based immigration law, regularly advising clients seeking to sponsor their spouses and other immediate family members.

Shanna brings an international background in her practice, leveraging her impressive academic credentials in Finance and Spanish language. In addition to her U.S.-based education, she attended the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in Monterrey, Mexico from 1999 to 2000 where she took business courses and gained valuable insights into the Mexican/Latin culture.
