Andrew Rodgers is a Partner and the Manager of our Firm’s New England Practice based out of Providence, Rhode Island. Since 2013, Andrew has exclusively focused on immigration law, including Form I-9 / E-Verify Compliance, representing a diverse clientele that includes but is not limited to entrepreneurs, investors, major league sports organizations, hospital networks, and distinguished individuals in the business, sciences, and sports and entertainment fields.
Andrew is particularly adept at assisting entrepreneurs in developing comprehensive U.S. immigration strategies that not only benefit the founders but also position their companies for long-term success in recruiting international talent. Andrew also has significant expertise in Canadian Border Immigration, specifically in handling Canadian L-1 Intracompany Transferee visas and E-1/E-2 Treaty Investor Visas. His knowledge in this area allows him to assist clients in navigating the complexities of cross-border business operations and investments. His holistic approach ensures that businesses are well-equipped to thrive in a competitive global market.
Andrew has comprehensive experience in sports immigration, as he regularly represents professional teams in major league sports, eSports teams and leagues, elite athletes at both professional and amateur levels, coaches, and professional staff. His expertise in this area has made him a trusted advisor to many in the sports industry.
Andrew’s proficiency extends to securing visas for individuals of Extraordinary Ability in fields such as Business, Science, Arts, and Sports, including O-1 and EB-1/NIW classifications. He is also skilled in exploring alternatives to conventional immigrant visa options, leveraging EB-1 and NIW classifications to meet his clients’ unique needs.
In addition to his business immigration practice, Andrew advises clients on family-based immigration matters, including marriage-based lawful permanent residence petitions, naturalization applications, and hardship waivers. His broad expertise allows him to provide well-rounded support to individuals and families navigating the immigration process.
