Juliana Peluso is an Associate Attorney at the firm’s Philadelphia office. Juliana focuses her practice on removal defense and federal litigation of immigration matters. She worked at Green and Spiegel as a Law Clerk during law school, where she gained experience in these practice areas. Juliana graduated magna cum laude from the evening program at Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she was a Judicial Intern at a magistrate court in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, a Staff Editor on Temple Law Review, a Teaching Assistant for first-year Legal Research and Writing courses, a 2022 Law & Public Policy Scholar, and a Beasley Scholar.  She is also a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer (Senegal, 2012-2014), which experience sparked her interest in immigration law.
