Rodgers, who has been an integral part of the firm since 2013, will continue to lead the firm’s Global Expansion Practice Group from its Providence, Rhode Island office at 400 Westminster Street.

Rodgers’ journey with Green and Spiegel U.S. began as a Law Clerk in 2013, following which he transitioned into a series of key roles, including Associate Attorney and Senior Associate Attorney. In July 2022, he was appointed Practice Group Leader, where he led the firm’s New England immigration practice, including the firm’s Global Expansion Department. His elevation to Partner reflects his outstanding contributions to the firm and the legal community over the past decade.

In his current practice, Rodgers represents a broad spectrum of clients including but not limited to entrepreneurs, investors, major league sports organizations, hospital networks, and distinguished individuals in the business, sciences, and sports and entertainment fields.  He boasts considerable Form I-9 and E-Verify Compliance, as well as Canadian Cross-Border immigration experience. In addition to his business immigration experience, Andrew advises clients on family-based immigration matters, including marriage-based lawful permanent residence petitions, naturalization applications, and hardship waivers.

Beyond his client work, Rodgers has served in key leadership positions within the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) New England Chapter and is actively involved in the Rhode Island Bar Association.

A graduate of Roger Williams University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate magna cum laude in 2014, Rodgers also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Providence College (2007). He is admitted to practice in California (2014) and Rhode Island (2017). Rodgers remains deeply involved in his community and family as a devoted father of two young boys.
