After being a clerk at the immigration law firm for 1.5 years, Austin will join Emily Cohen’s team as an Associate Attorney.
Green and Spiegel, U.S. has added a new Associate Attorney to its team. Austin Duebel, who began as a law clerk, will join the firm’s 19 existing immigration attorneys. He will be based out of Green and Spiegel’s U.S. Headquarters at 1524 Delancey Street Philadelphia, PA 19102.
“Austin went from being a star student when I taught him at Temple Law, to a Law Clerk at the Firm on Emily’s team. We are very much looking forward to his continuing growth as an Associate with the Firm for years to come”, said Jonathan Grode, Green and Spiegel’s U.S. Practice Director and Managing Partner.
Emily Cohen, Partner, worked with Austin when he was a Law Clerk at the firm. In his new role as Associate Attorney, Green & Spiegel clients will continue to benefit from his expertise.”
When asked about this new position, Austin Duebel, Associate Attorney said, “I am excited to serve Green and Spiegel’s clients as an Attorney and look forward to working with our clients to successfully navigate the often complex immigration process.”
Austin Duebel began as a Law Clerk at Green and Spiegel, LLC in April 2022. While at the Firm, Austin was involved in the preparation and submission of a wide range of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications. He also played an integral role in improving case management systems.
Austin Duebel received his Juris Doctor Degree from Temple University – Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia, PA. A recipient of the Law Faculty Scholarship, Austin was on the Dean’s List, received the Outstanding Oral Advocacy (OOA) citation, won the Kohn Prize in Transactional Studies, and was a Law & Public Policy Scholar. During his time at Temple, Austin stood as an advocate for his peers as the Student Bar Association Class President and served on several related committees.
