On February 22, 2017, Senior Associate Attorney Matthew Galati presented at The EB-5 Immigrant Visa: Using Foreign Capital to Fund Delaware Projects, a program sponsored by Delaware Law School and World Trade Center Delaware.

Matt’s presentation, “The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program: Perspectives from Immigration Attorneys” focused on the technical aspects of Regional Center formation and project structuring. He was joined by fellow American Immigration Lawyers Association attorney Matthew Hirsch, who provided an overview of the EB-5 visa. Young Min Ban, Director of The Delaware Valley Regional Center, rounded out the program by providing keen insights on EB-5 investor trends and project marketability.
