Last week, Senior Associate Attorney Matthew T. Galati presented “Immigration Options for Music Professionals and Entrepreneurs” at the storied Manhattan School of Music in New York, NY. Matt’s presentation focused on recent immigration news, and overview of applicable nonimmigrant and immigrant visas for artists, and a thorough discussion of how students can acquire status after graduation through entrepreneurship. Matt further discussed options for Canadian work permits and permanent residence through the Self Employed and Express Entry programs.
