It is with great sorrow that we recognize and mourn the victims of the terrorist attack in London, Ontario. We extend our condolences and stand in solidarity with the Muslim community in London, across Canada and around the world.
Green and Spiegel is a community defined and united by diversity and acceptance. We feel that it is our obligation to use our voice and speak out against racism and intolerance when we see it. We are committed to calling out hate motivated violence across Canada, including the Islamophobia that many individuals are facing. It will take all of our voices and all of our strength to interrupt and eliminate the violent bigotry persistent today.
Regardless of heritage or beliefs, everyone deserves to feel safe in the place they call home.
