Shelby McBride is an Associate Attorney in the firm’s Philadelphia office. She focuses her practice on employment-based nonimmigrant visas, with particular experience handling H-1B, L-1, E-3, and TN petitions. Shelby is also well-versed in the H-1B cap lottery process. Prior to her role as an Associate Attorney, Shelby worked at the firm as a Law Clerk, where she gained experience across both nonimmigrant and immigrant employment-based matters.
While in law school, Shelby served as a clinical student for the Sheller Center for Social Justice, where she advised immigrant communities and organizations on a variety of labor issues, including wage theft claims and E-Verify compliance. She also gained litigation experience through her work at the City of Philadelphia Law Department and the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office.
