For more than three decades, she has counseled employers, investors, entrepreneurs, multinational organizations, educational institutions, and families on navigating the complexities of U.S. immigration law. Her practice encompasses employment-based immigration, permanent residence strategies, compliance matters, and complex cases requiring creative, individualized solutions. Prior to joining Green and Spiegel, Ms. Simons served as Managing Partner of Kramer Partners LLP.
Known for her practical counsel, responsiveness, and client-centered approach, Ms. Simons has built a career focused on helping clients achieve their immigration objectives while managing legal and business risks. Fluent in Spanish, she regularly presents on immigration law topics and has been an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association since 1994.
