Kerry Doyle was featured in The Boston Globe discussing the immigration consequences of the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision allowing the Trump administration to move forward with ending Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for hundreds of thousands of Haitians and Syrians. Doyle, a former senior legal advisor at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), explained that many individuals who lose TPS protections could face immediate detention and removal risks, noting that “a lot of people are going to be in an extremely vulnerable position as a result of this.”
